Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Resolutions re iPads TOOLKIT
So far a number of Neighborhood Councils, maybe a dozen or more, have passed resolutions asking that iPad purchases be halted and the facilities bond fund money spent on repairs to schools as originally intended.
